Calgary, AB (September 4, 2018)<\/b> Over the summer we have been improving our online homework platform to enhance accessibility to students with visual impairments, make it easier to enter answers using only a keyboard, as well as improve use on devices with a small screen.<\/p>\n

In our efforts to improve accessibility, we have made a number of changes to our platform. Now, web pages and homework questions can be read with screen reader software in all major web browsers (see more<\/a>). Also, a “high contrast” mode has been added for questions, making for improved reading of the question and feedback for those with limited vision and color blindness (see more<\/a>). Further, web pages can be navigated and response to questions entered using only a keyboard (see more<\/a>). We are pleased to report that these changes have made the following portions of our site compliant with a AA WCAG 2.0<\/a> rating.<\/p>\n
