Lyryx Learning and OpenStax announce their new partnership<\/i><\/p>\n

Calgary, AB (June 26, 2018)<\/b> Lyryx Learning\u2019s high quality, yet affordable, online homework is now integrated with a selection of OpenStax books.<\/p>\n

Lyryx joins OpenStax in the mission to improve access to affordable educational materials by providing additional resources for OpenStax books. OpenStax is committed to providing free, peer-reviewed textbook content and offering multiple options for faculty who need additional resources for their course.<\/p>\n

As publishers of free, openly licensed textbooks, Lyryx and OpenStax occupy a similar space in the Open Educational Resources (OER) landscape and share the goal of making education more accessible.<\/p>\n

Founder and CEO of Lyryx Learning, Claude Laflamme is thrilled about the partnership. \u201cLyryx has been producing high quality online homework for almost two decades and in more recent years, working to develop OER to be paired with it. To be able to integrate our technology with even more open textbooks is of significant benefit to many.\u201d He went on to say, \u201cThese types of innovative partnerships showcase the spirit of the OER movement and demonstrate how open source educational materials are sustainable.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lyryx online homework can be paired with the following OpenStax textbooks: Calculus Vol. 1, Calculus Vol. 2, Calculus Vol. 3, Introductory Statistics, and Introductory Business Statistics.<\/p>\n
