Lyryx is excited to celebrate the efforts and successes of instructors working to adopt, adapt, and develop open educational resources (OER) in conjunction with us through the Lyryx OER Champions campaign! This is our way of recognizing those for adopting our open textbooks and online homework, as well as ongoing work with OER. We are eager to share the stories of those instructors who uphold a strong commitment to student growth and learning through OER pedagogy.
Building on a tradition that was established in 2019, this year we will be selecting an OER Champion every week in February. A collective vote from our Lyryx Learning authors will then determine the OER Champion for 2020, who will receive $1,500 to put towards further funding of OER initiatives.
The momentum of the OER movement is fueled by those championing the cause! Lyryx is pleased to showcase the stories of OER Champions working with us to maintain and increase the momentum of a movement that truly has an impact.
What’s YOUR OER story?
The deadline to submit is February 21, 2020.
